Job summary

You will supervise the HR information systems team, ensuring reliable and compliant services across workforce planning, reporting, and policy support.

You will partner with senior leaders and technology teams, manage risks, and drive improvements while exploring responsible use of AI and automation to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in public administration or related field with 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading professional staff and delivering complex initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise HR technology platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and provide strategic direction for HR information services.
• Lead information governance, data quality, and records management initiatives.
• Oversee HR information systems improvements and integrations.
• Manage privacy, security, and risk in HR information practices.
• Direct records management and support legislative compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and explore AI/automation responsibly.
• Build partnerships and provide advisory on information management.
