Job summary

NNPBC is seeking a Manager, Systems and Information Management to lead organization-wide systems governance, data practices, and vendor coordination. The role drives prioritization, ownership, and privacy across Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and program needs.

Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, this remote position requires BC residency, travel as needed, and a focus on sustainable, scalable information

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading organization-wide systems, information management, or governance.
• Experience coordinating vendors, partners, and internal teams across complex projects.
• Strong ability to translate priorities into governance, data ownership, and lifecycle decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide organization-wide governance for core platforms and data practices.
• Lead systems projects from assessment through adoption and handover.
• Coordinate with vendors, departments, and partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish data ownership, access controls, retention, and privacy compliance across systems.
• Guide strategic system roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
