Job summary

Aramark Remote Workplace Services, in partnership with Moose Cree group of companies, is hiring for Housekeepers for a remote lodge near Timmins, ON. Housekeepers are responsible for the overall cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level of cleaning.

Successful candidates will have professional residential and commercial cleaning experience. Transportation is provided out of Timmins or Cochrane, ON; travel allowance is available for some areas. Rotation is 14 days on / 14 days off.

Qualifications

• Past cleaning experience preferred.
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management and Aramark support staff.
• Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintains friendly, efficient customer service with customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Keeps assigned areas clean and sanitary following department policy.
• Inspects and selects cleaning techniques per orientation guidelines.
• Operates housekeeping equipment and solutions safely as directed.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies when needed.
• Adheres to universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
• Keeps cart stocked and equipment in good working order.
• Promotes professional relationships and maintains conduct at all times.
• Strives to improve productivity and departmental operations.
• Complies with training commitments and professional growth requirements.
