Job summary

Aramark Canada is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for a lodge near Fort McMurray, AB. You will schedule and oversee a custodial team to meet client standards, ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

The role emphasizes independent work, prior custodial supervisory experience, and adherence to safety procedures. Rotation is 20 days on site and 10 days off site; pre-employment D&A and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous custodial experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow basic safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team.
• Oversees the completion of tasks and ensures quality of work.
• Addresses performance deficiencies with department leadership.
• Participates in training of new and existing employees.
• Cleans assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and mitigates hazards.
• Maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Handles storage and disposal of trash per procedures.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders.
• Adheres to safety and company regulations.
