Job summary

Maple Bay Financial Corp. is seeking licensed Life Insurance Advisors to join a fully remote, 100% commission-based team across Canada. You’ll manage leads, provide personalized life insurance solutions, and guide clients through the application process from consultation to close.

Remote role with coaching, digital tools, and established processes to support your success. Expect performance-driven earnings with flexible schedule and support from the brokerage.

Qualifications

Valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where we operate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident with telephone-based sales.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through the application process.
Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM.
Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service.
Maintain product knowledge and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
