Maple Bay Financial Corp. is seeking licensed life insurance professionals to join our fully remote team across Canada.

This 100% commission-based opportunity provides flexibility to manage your own schedule while serving clients via phone and digital channels. As a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor in Alberta and across Canada, you will identify protection needs, present tailored solutions, and guide clients through the application process from consultation to close.

Qualifications

• Valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where we operate.
• Excellent communication and telephone sales skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
• Experience with CRM and digital tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through the application process.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
