Maple Bay Financial Corp. is seeking motivated Life Insurance Advisors to join our remote Canada-wide team. This is a 100% commission-based role for licensed professionals who want flexibility to manage their own schedule while helping clients with personalized life coverage.

As a Life Insurance Advisor in Alberta, you’ll work with individuals and families, receive leads, use digital tools, and benefit from coaching and proven sales processes to grow your practice from home across Canada.

Qualifications

• Valid life insurance license in Canada (provincial)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident with telephone-based sales
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
• Familiar with CRM systems and technology
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Sales experience is an asset
• Leads provided to focus on client conversations and sales
• Wellness bonus eligibility based on performance and compliance
• Flexible schedule to manage own time and client needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
• Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through the application process
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM
• Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service
• Maintain product knowledge and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements
• Adhere to licensing fees and business expense responsibilities as an independent contractor
