Job summary

Maple Bay Financial Corp. is seeking licensed Life Insurance Advisors to join our remote Canada-wide team. This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role with leads provided and the flexibility to work from home using digital tools and phone consultations.

You will assess client needs, present suitable solutions, provide quotes, and guide clients through applications while staying compliant. Training, coaching and mentorship are available to help you grow your career and production.

Qualifications

Valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where we operate (excluding PEI and Quebec).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with telephone-based sales.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
CRM systems and technology familiarity.

Responsibilities

Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through applications.
Follow up consistently with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM.
Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive client service.
Stay current on products, procedures, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
Maintain a professional and compliant approach throughout the sales process.
