Maple Bay Financial Corp. is seeking motivated Life Insurance Advisors to join our remote Canada-wide team. This is a 100% commission-based role where licensed professionals manage their own schedule while working with prospects and delivering personalized life insurance solutions.

You will work remotely with leads provided, use digital tools and CRM, and receive coaching and mentorship to maximize production and client outcomes, with compensation tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed life insurance professional in Canada.
• Valid license in a province where we operate (excluding PEI and Quebec).
• Commission-based independent contractor role with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through the application process.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
