Maple Bay Financial Corp. is seeking licensed Life Insurance Advisors to join our remote Canada-wide team. This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role with leads provided and the flexibility to work from home using digital tools and phone consultations.

You will assess client needs, present suitable solutions, provide quotes, and guide clients through applications while staying compliant. Training, coaching and mentorship are available to help you grow your career and production.

Qualifications

• Valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where we operate (excluding PEI and Quebec).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with telephone-based sales.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• CRM systems and technology familiarity.

Responsabilités

Maple Bay Financial Corp. is looking for motivated, client-focused Life Insurance Advisors to join our growing remote team across Canada.

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity for licensed insurance professionals who want the flexibility to work remotely, manage their own schedule, and focus on helping clients find appropriate life insurance coverage.

The Opportunity

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you’ll speak directly with individuals and families who have expressed an interest in life insurance. You’ll assess their needs, present suitable solutions, provide quotes, and guide them through the application process.

You’ll have access to leads, digital tools, established sales processes, and ongoing coaching, allowing you to spend more of your time focused on conversations, closing business, and building your career.

Our marketing system generates inquiries from individuals who have requested information about life insurance. You won’t be expected to rely solely on personal prospecting to generate opportunities.
