The role blends advisory work with data analysis, process development and documentation, requiring strong communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration in a bilingual Canadian environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; other combinations may be considered.
• 2+ years in life and health insurance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of life/health insurance concepts and processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose insurance issues and stakeholders' needs to set objectives and outcomes.
• Develop objectives, policies, programs, and processes for life/health insurance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide practical recommendations aligned with business priorities.
