Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking a Life Specialist to support clients with life insurance policies through service, policy analysis, coverage recommendations, and ongoing relationship management in a full-time remote role reporting to the Manager, Group & Strategic Alliances.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in life insurance, holds active licenses in Ontario and Quebec, is bilingual in French and English, and can navigate multi-provincial requirements with strong communication

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in life insurance products and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of Allstate’s products, channels, and prevention & protection offerings.
• Active Life Insurance licenses in Ontario and Quebec; willingness to obtain more.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licenses in Ontario and Quebec to support servicing and sales.
• Conduct portfolio analyses and policy recommendations based on product features and values.
• Route policies to subject matter experts per contractual obligations.
• Review and process policy changes and coverage enhancements.
• Maintain regular communications with policyholders and alliance teams.
• Respond to inquiries to support policy retention and renewals.
• Support field presentations and partner engagements for life insurance portfolios.
• Provide advocacy for Prevention & Protection products at partner events.
