Jobgether SRL is seeking a Learning Support Manager for the Americas, working remotely from Canada. You will help universities bridge goals and learning experiences by partnering with academics to improve assessment design and teaching practices while delivering training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

• Experience in learning design, academic development, university teaching, or education-focused customer success.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to design and deliver training for academics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars for academics.
• Advise on assessment design and learning quality and develop templates.
• Oversee regional support across the Americas and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Maintain and improve the Help Centre, support documentation, and learning resources.
• Build strong relationships with university partners and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Manage the academic referral program and identify opportunities for growth.
• Share customer feedback with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to improve tools and processes.
• Support onboarding and adoption of new university partners to ensure high-quality experiences.
