Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Manager, Culture based in Canada to lead the design and execution of a comprehensive manager development program. You will modernize learning experiences, scale digital solutions, and translate culture values into practical tools for managers at all levels.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive adoption, measure impact, and continuously improve programs across a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years designing leadership, manager development, learning, culture programs, products, or employee experiences in global orgs.
• Experience designing, launching, or scaling manager development programs.
• Experience managing leadership development programs and external partners; familiarity with executive coaching preferred.
• Ability to convert high-touch programs into scalable digital, blended or self-service experiences.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and launch of a scalable Manager Development Program for managers at all levels.
• Modernize development programs into digital, blended, and self-service formats for accessibility and scale.
• Assess and optimize the program portfolio based on metrics and feedback.
• Oversee Senior Leadership Program operations, experiences, and external coaching relationships.
• Translate culture values into practical tools, guides, and communications.
• Deliver learning experiences in virtual and in-person formats and measure impact.
• Create digital learning products and resources for the organization.
• Lead product lifecycle from discovery to adoption and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to align with geographies and functions.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content development and extend reach.
