Job summary

Vistage is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to shape live, blended, and online learning for the Canadian Chair community and a global licensee network. You will partner with the L&D team, SMEs, and cross-functional colleagues to reflect local nuances while driving alignment with international standards.

You will lead ADDIE-driven design, manage LMS assets, and support live and virtual events, with travel up to 20% and a Calgary-based hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in Learning & Development or Training with focus on adult learning theory.
• Experience designing curriculum for blended, asynchronous, and on-demand learning.
• Experience supporting international or multi-market organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated learning experience design lead for the Vistage Canada Chair community, ensuring programs reflect local nuance and align with global strategy.
• Act as L&D liaison for Vistage's international licensee network with ongoing consulting support and best-practice sharing.
• Identify and codify global L&D resources and assets within the LMS for consistent access by international partners.
• Apply the ADDIE model to design live, blended, and online learning experiences addressing Chair development needs.
• Collaborate with L&D teams, SMEs, and external vendors to develop programs that expand LMS capabilities and drive impact.
• Support planning and execution of live and virtual learning events, including set-up, breakout rooms, and polls.
• Lead learning programs through workshops, virtual offerings, and coaching sessions; coach presenters for quality delivery.
• Maintain accessible learning materials and collaborate with Creative on layout and media design.
