Job summary

Modern Campus is seeking a Product Manager for Lifelong Learning to own core platform areas, partnering with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Services, and GTM teams to enhance learner experiences and drive registrations across higher education institutions.

You will act as Product Owner for agile teams while shaping strategy, roadmaps, discovery, and commercial outcomes, balancing customer needs with business objectives in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience in SaaS product development and Agile environments.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for a product area.
• Lead customer discovery via interviews, user research, and data analysis.
• Define backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance with cross-functional teams.
