JA Canada is seeking a Learning Experience Designer, Multimedia to craft youth-centered learning across digital, facilitated, self-directed, and blended formats. This role blends instructional design, eLearning development, graphic design, multimedia production, and AI-enabled design to turn complex concepts into engaging learning experiences for youth.

You will manage content within JA Canada's Moodle LMS, ensure accessibility and quality, and collaborate with educators, volunteers, and IT

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, educational content development, or a related field.
• Experience designing for digital, facilitated, self-directed, blended learning models.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), iSpring Presenter, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for design and development.
• Competency working in Moodle.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX principles.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop engaging, youth-centered learning resources across digital, facilitated, self-directed, blended, and event-based delivery models.
• Collaborate with educational experts, instructional designers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to align learning outcomes with program goals.
• Research and apply best practices and current trends in digital learning, education, and user experience (UX).
• Explore and optimize the use of AI and emerging technologies to improve learning design and personalization.
• Develop multimedia assets and learning materials for elementary to high school audiences.
• Ensure all digital content adheres to WCAG accessibility guidelines.
