Job summary

AutoCanada is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and continually improve digital and blended learning aligned to dealership and corporate needs. You will partner with SMEs and leaders to translate performance gaps into practical learning solutions, with a strong focus on accessibility and learner engagement.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in instructional design, expertise with Articulate Storyline/Rise, and a track record delivering blended learning across

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of instructional design or learning development experience.
• Experience designing eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Experience conducting needs analysis and partnering with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple learning projects from design through implementation.
• Experience with an LMS and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs and performance analyses translating business needs into learning solutions.
• Design and develop blended learning using ADDIE and other methodologies.
• Develop eLearning, ILT, and microlearning content with assessments and performance support.
• Create storyboards, scripts, activities, assessments, and job aids.
• Design interactive digital learning using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and teams to address performance challenges.
• Support LMS initiatives and explore AI-enabled learning tools for scalability.
• Manage multiple projects from analysis to launch with QA and documentation.
• Evaluate effectiveness via feedback, data, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
