Job summary

Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness (CAEH) is seeking a Training & Design Lead to build and scale CAEH’s training and learning design capabilities. The role owns the full lifecycle from curricula design to delivery across in-person, virtual, and LMS platforms, guiding a growing team of Trainers and Training & Design Specialists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or capacity-building, preferably in nonprofits/government/social impact.
• 1-3 years of experience delivering training or facilitation (virtual and in-person).
• 1-3 years of experience coaching, managing, or supporting a team.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent focus on adult education, instructional design, social work, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and quality assurance for CAEH's training portfolio and outcomes.
• Design, develop, and continually improve curricula, courses, and resources.
• Create content for in-person, virtual, and LMS-delivered training.
• Lead LMS course development and self-directed learning offerings.
• Lead and manage Trainers and Training & Design Specialists.
• Oversee operations of CAEH's training arm and partner with other teams.
