Job summary

Vitrolife Group in Ontario, Canada, is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair advanced fertility lab equipment across North America. You will travel extensively (about 80%), perform on-site and remote diagnostics, and support customers and internal teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in technical roles, an associate degree in a technical field (bachelor's preferred), and willingness for nights/weekends on call. CAD95,000–CAD120,000 yearly, full-time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical or engineering program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years minimum in a technical or engineering role.
• 4–8 years preferred in technical service, engineering or equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on EmbryoScope TimeLapse and Culture Systems.
• Install capital equipment at customer sites according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair capital equipment remotely and onsite.
• Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Travel extensively (minimum 80%) to support installations and service calls.
