Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Manager – North America Field Service for Canada. You will lead a remote field service team, manage customer escalations, and drive KPI performance while partnering with Sales to grow service offerings.

This fully remote role requires 5–6+ years in field service leadership, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and willingness to travel 25%–50% within the region. Fluency in French and English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years leading field teams.
• Strong stakeholder listening and actionable insight generation.
• Ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable.
• Commercial experience, including P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Customer Success & Escalation management with a first-time fix mindset.
• Lead and develop a remote Field Service team.
• Drive daily management and KPI performance.
• Grow revenue via service agreements and lead generation; collaborate with Sales.
• Develop value-driven service packages through cross-functional partnerships.
