Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is seeking a Senior North America Field Service Manager to lead a remote Canada-based team and drive service excellence. You will partner with Sales on service offerings, manage regional P&L, and ensure first-time issue resolution with a strong, results-driven mindset.

The role requires 5+ years leading field teams (or 6+ with a Bachelor’s), travel 25–50%, and a valid driver’s license. A Master’s degree is a plus; bilingual French/English is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent with 6+ years leading field employees OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to listen to stakeholders and translate into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% within Canada/US and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer success and escalation resolution with a first-time fix mindset.
• Inspire and develop a remote field service team with coaching and career plans.
• Drive daily management and KPI performance with DBS tools.
• Grow revenue through service agreements and collaboration with Sales; manage district P&L.
• Champion kaizen and DBS-based process improvements across the organization.
