Job summary

MSP Corp is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead delivery of Microsoft-centric client projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget results. You will own day-to-day execution, governance, and coordination with internal teams, customers, and the PMO to keep work on track and aligned with client expectations.

The role offers remote work with potential North American time-zone collaboration and a focus on project profitability, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven PM/Program Manager with Microsoft-centric project experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, identifying critical milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to optimize capacity and reduce project durations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and governance records.
• Implement quality control measures to meet standards and improve outcomes.
• Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project teams.
• Monitor project profitability and escalate budget/quality concerns to PMO.
• Ensure timely escalation of issues affecting CSAT and customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date project data in PMO systems.
• Lead project closure and CSAT review, capturing lessons learned.
