Job summary

MSP Corp is seeking a Senior Endpoint Management Consultant to join the West team. Based remotely in Canada, you will deliver a range of Microsoft-centric endpoint management projects across client environments.

You will lead design, deployment, and post-migration support, collaborating with engineering and project management. The role offers a hybrid work model and encourages growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior-level knowledge of endpoint management solutions (SCCM, Intune/MEM).
• Experience with AD DS to Entra migrations.
• Understanding zero-trust for devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for endpoint management engagements.
• Conduct pre-sales scoping calls and SOW creation.
• Design, deploy, and support endpoint projects (discovery to post-migration).
• Deploy Defender for Endpoint and Servers, with Azure ARC when needed.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Endpoint Management Consultant to join the MSP Corp West team.

About the Role

As aSenior Endpoint Management Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering on a range of business solutions across our client landscape. Our target consultant is a Microsoft-centric professional who enjoys engaging in a variety of end-to-end projects.

• Location: Remote, Canada
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Work Mode: Hybrid

What You Will Do

• Working as a project delivery resource within a team of consultants under the direction of the technical lead and project manager or delivering on engagements as lead consultant; depending on size and technical scope
• Run Pre-sales calls or work with our pre-sales resources to complete scoping calls, statement of work creation, customer workshop and presentation delivery and to work on projects as a senior technical lead
• Lead project delivery for our Endpoint management customer projects that consists of design, discovery, planning, deployments and post migration support
• Defender for Endpoint and Servers deployment and configuration, where needed with Azure ARC enabled for on-premises workloads

What We Are Looking For

• Senior level knowledge of Endpoint management solutions including SCCM, Intune/MEM, Apple, Android and others
• Prior experience with AD DS to Entra and Entra tenant to tenant migrations are required
• Solid understanding of zero-trust principles as they relate to devices and the ability to incorporate them into designs
• PowerShell scripting and other automation is a bonus
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Well-developed business focused analytical skills
