Job summary

High Tech Genesis is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise technology initiatives including cloud services, Microsoft 365, AI, and IT infrastructure modernization. You will manage projects from analysis to implementation, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope and aligned with objectives.

The role requires PMP certification and 10+ years of project scheduling and risk management experience, plus 5+

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in developing and managing project schedules on large initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years delivering large-scale cloud-based projects and services.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure environments and enterprise architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficient in coordinating with sponsors, vendors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
• Lead cloud-based, M365, AI, infrastructure, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks on large and complex projects.
• Coordinate business requirements, solution delivery, implementation, and documentation.
• Define objectives, scope, assumptions, benefits, timelines, and resources with leadership.
• Manage relationships with sponsors, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports, risks, and deliverables to leadership.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and drive decision-making across business and technical teams.
• Support change management, UAT, and implementation readiness.
• Ensure security controls and governance are integrated into solutions.
• Support continuous improvement and project closeout activities.
