You will build strong advisor relationships and drive growth through strategic outbound calling and consultative selling.

This role serves as a training platform for future field sales roles, supported by a proprietary continuous training program and flexible remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of insurance or sales experience.
• Proven success in proactive sales and cold calling.
• College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to financial advisors, with a minimum of 60 calls per day.
• Gather intelligence on advisors’ practices to tailor solutions.
• Optimize delivery of value-added products and services while showcasing Manulife offerings.
• Execute sales campaigns and identify top prospects.
• Use Salesforce to maintain advisor profiles and track activity.
