Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst for AI training on a fully remote, hourly contract basis. The role involves analyzing IAM, SSO, and access scenarios, identifying weaknesses, and contributing to AI training data generation to improve enterprise security reasoning.

You should have 2+ years of hands-on IAM/SSO experience, familiarity with RBAC and least-privilege concepts, and strong written communication to work asynchronously on task-based assignments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platform experience.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege principles.
• Knowledge of identity failure causes and how attackers exploit them in real environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and work asynchronously on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures.
• Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and risk.
• Generate and validate synthetic identity security data for AI training and evaluation.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI reason about enterprise security.
