Recrute Action is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM) to drive MFA initiatives and governance across the enterprise. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to document requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include leading MFA readiness, building reports, and facilitating stakeholder workshops, with a hybrid work model and regular cross-time-zone calls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, IAM, cybersecurity, or Technology Risk experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM or MFA transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of IT security technologies, including SAML, SSO, Active Directory, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large data sets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables, formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Join a strategic initiative in the sector of insurance for our client and play a key role in supporting the evolution of enterprise security practices while collaborating with business and technology leaders on high-profile programs that drive real results.

What is in it for you:

• Salaried: $53-63 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $64-74 per hour.
• Hybrid work with occasional on-site collaboration (up to 2 days/week) when required.
• Schedule of 9:00 am-5:00 pm, with occasional calls across different time zones.

What you will need to succeed:

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or Technology Risk experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM or MFA transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of IT security technologies, including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Open Authorization (OAuth).
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large data sets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables, formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, or Transmit Security.
• Knowledge of NIST, IAM governance, and security compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in a large, regulated enterprise or financial services environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
