Alignerr Corp invites a skilled Computer Engineer to join as AI Data Trainer on an hourly remote contract. You will design advanced hardware problems, author ground-truth solutions, and audit AI-generated code to improve model reasoning.

Candidates should have a Masters or PhD in computer engineering or CS, strong foundations in architecture and embedded systems, and clear technical writing. Flexible hours and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Masters (pursuing or completed) or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science with a hardware focus, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in core areas such as Computer Architecture, Embedded Systems, Digital Logic Design, or Operating Systems.
• The ability to communicate highly technical hardware concepts and low-level software logic clearly and concisely in written form.
• High level of precision when checking bit-level operations, clock-cycle timing, and technical documentation.
• No AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced computer engineering challenges across RISC-V/ARM, FPGA, memory management, and HW-SW co-design.
• Author rigorous ground-truth solutions including assembly code, HDL snippets, and diagrams.
• Technically audit AI-generated code (C/C++, Verilog, VHDL) and OS kernels for accuracy and standards.
• Refine model reasoning by identifying and addressing logical fallacies, race conditions, and timing constraints.
