Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on pentesting, red teaming, or blue-team experience.
• Ability to trace attack chains from initial access to impact.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies in real-world scenarios.
• Identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps attackers would exploit.
• Review red-team style scenarios for technical accuracy and depth.
• Generate, label, and validate adversarial reasoning data for AI training.
• Explain attack chains, business impact, and risk tradeoffs clearly.
