The role covers Canada regional responsibilities, payroll, benefits, and compliance guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Flexible hours across time zones are expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or higher in HR, International Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably as HR Specialist, Generalist, or Business Partner.
• Solid knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulatory compliance for in-country management of professionals.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional expert for all employee lifecycle events in Canada.
• Provide senior-level guidance on Canadian market norms, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage local Canadian payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR advisors and partners.
• Collaborate with Customer Services to support client acquisition and long-term relationships.
• Support off-boarding and terminations in compliance with Canadian labour laws.
