Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Global HR Coordinator to support HR services across international markets from our Toronto location. You will work with HR Business Partners and the HR Director, helping manage data, onboarding/offboarding, and employee inquiries in a fast-paced global environment.

The role involves cross-border coordination, data integrity, and preparing HR reports while collaborating with Payroll, Legal, and Mobility teams to drive smooth HR operations in North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR coordination or HR operations experience, preferably global/cross-border.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) and strong data management skills.
• Familiarity with international HR practices, mobility, or multi-country operations is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and managing employee data across HR systems with accuracy and privacy compliance.
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle transactions across cross-border populations.
• Preparing regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Acting as first point of contact for employee HR queries across multiple countries.
• Liaising with Payroll, Mobility, Legal to resolve cross-border issues.
• Providing administrative support to HR Business Partners and the HR Director.
• Coordinating logistics for HR initiatives, meetings, workshops, and programs.
• Supporting global and regional HR projects and tracking milestones.
