Job summary

Greenfield Global is seeking a Go-to-Market (G2M) Operations Manager to lead connected marketing and sales operations. This role will be a trusted partner to commercial leadership and a key decision maker in how Greenfield Global goes to market.

The G2M Manager owns the technology, processes, and playbooks that make marketers and sellers successful in delivering results that help our customers meet their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience designing pipeline stages, funnel definitions, and lead scoring with sellers.
• Hands-on with D365 CE customization for GTM tooling.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational execution across processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own taxonomy linking marketing campaigns to sales plays from GTM strategy to seller execution.
• Define and maintain lead scoring, routing models, and follow-up standards.
• Own the sales funnel definitions, criteria, and conversion metrics.
• Design sales cadences and sequences connecting marketing to revenue.
• Partner with IT/BSA to translate requirements into CRM changes.
• Maintain up-to-date sales process playbooks and documentation.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics to define pipeline metrics.
