As Director, Growth & Product Marketing, you will lead the development of a scalable product marketing and growth strategy, shaping how products are positioned, launched, and promoted across a global creative marketplace. You will establish and lead a new function, building the processes, tools, and frameworks needed to accelerate customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth. Working closely with Product, Outreach, and Lifecycle Marketing teams, you will translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions for creators and backers. You will also develop standardized promotional offerings and sales enablement resources to help commercial teams deliver consistent, high-impact results. Through data-driven decision-making, innovative demand generation initiatives, and effective cross-functional leadership, you will turn individual marketing activities into repeatable growth programs. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving, and creative environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead product positioning and messaging strategies, translating product features and capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to creators, backers, and other marketplace audiences.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and feature launches, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption across both sides of the marketplace.
  • Establish and manage standardized launch and promotional packages, creating tiered offerings with clearly defined deliverables that can be consistently sold by Outreach teams and delivered by Marketing.
  • Build and lead sales enablement initiatives, providing the Outreach team with effective pitch materials, sales presentations, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and training resources.
  • Develop strategies and resources that improve sales effectiveness, increase conversion rates, and ensure consistency across customer-facing activities.
  • Lead demand generation programs designed to generate qualified leads and strengthen the Outreach pipeline, including webinars, open calls, referral initiatives, and other acquisition campaigns.
  • Establish scalable marketing processes, operational workflows, tools, and briefing systems to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams.
  • Work closely with Product, Outreach, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to align product launches, marketing initiatives, and commercial priorities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, sales enablement effectiveness, demand generation, and promotional package performance.
  • Analyze campaign results, product performance, and commercial outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Build scalable marketing systems and frameworks that transform individual campaign activities into repeatable programs supporting long‑term business growth.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the growth and product marketing function, establishing best practices and supporting the organization's evolving marketing and commercial model.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related strategic marketing leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions, programs, and operational processes from the ground up.
  • Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into engaging audience‑focused narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies for products, features, or services.
  • Solid background in sales enablement, including developing sales materials, competitive messaging, training programs, and resources that measurably improve commercial team performance.
  • Experience designing scalable promotional offerings, marketing packages, or structured commercial programs.
  • Proven ability to lead demand generation initiatives and develop effective strategies for generating qualified leads and supporting sales pipelines.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience defining KPIs, evaluating performance, interpreting marketing data, and implementing data‑driven improvements.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM strategy, marketing automation platforms, and modern marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Outreach, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills, with the ability to balance long‑term planning and hand‑on delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared objectives.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and a strong results‑oriented mindset.
  • Experience within a global marketplace, technology platform, creative industry, or digital business environment would be an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Fully virtual and remote‑first working environment, subject to applicable employment location eligibility.
  • High‑impact leadership opportunity with ownership of a new and strategically important marketing function.
  • Significant autonomy to shape product marketing strategy, growth initiatives, and go‑to‑market operations.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Marketing, and commercial functions.
  • Exposure to a global creative marketplace and innovative digital products.
