Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in accounting, business, or related field.
• Accounting designation or bookkeeping certificate is a strong asset.
• 5+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, or office/operations management in a small business.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including AR and AP.
• Complete bank, credit card, and account reconciliations accurately and on schedule.
• Track expenses, verify invoices, and keep books current.
• Prepare payroll and support month-end processes and financial reporting.
• Be the main contact for the external accountant and report financial position to CEO.
• Manage administrative operations to enable sales growth and client support.
• Coordinate meetings, vendor relationships, and maintain organized electronic records.
