Sentrex Health Solutions is hiring a Clinical Nurse Liaison to coordinate patient care within the Clinic Solutions team. This remote Canada-based role involves onboarding patients, coordinating with physicians, insurers, and pharmacies, and delivering education on advanced IBD therapies.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of GI/IBD clinical experience, BC RN/LPN licensure, CPR/First Aid, ACLS, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2-4 years of clinical experience in GI/IBD (preferred).
• Licensed RN or LPN in British Columbia.
• CPR and First-Aid certification required; ACLS certificate required.
• Must hold a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to deliver education and support for patient self-injection.
• Experience with Patient Support Programs is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient care and onboarding across HCPs, patients, and pharmacy.
• Provide medical support and education on IBD therapies and monitoring.
• Assist with reimbursement submissions and coverage renewals.
• Document patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Travel within defined geography as needed and support remote team.
• Participate in training sessions for specific therapies.
