Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions is seeking a Clinical Nurse Liaison (CNL) to coordinate patient care across physicians, clinics, and pharmacy. You will provide clinical support, patient education, and navigate reimbursement processes to ensure timely access to prescribed therapies.

The role requires BC-licensed RN/LPN with 2–4 years GI/IBD experience, strong communication, and ability to work autonomously within a remote team. Base salary range is $80K–$98K CAD with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical GI/IBD experience (preferred).
• Licensed RN or LPN in British Columbia.
• CPR and First-Aid certification required.
• ACLS certificate required.
• Liability insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Register HCP and patients per protocol.
• Data entry of information during service delivery.
• Provide medical education on IBD therapies and disease management.
• Assist physicians with patient support paperwork and reimbursement submissions.
• Coordinate with physicians, patient support programs, and pharmacy.
• Counsel patients on biologic therapies and administration.
