This fully remote, full-time role involves researching audiences, shaping messaging, and building end-to-end funnel campaigns across landing pages, emails, ads, and sales materials. You will work with real performance data to optimize copy and funnel journeys, collaborating with marketing, sales, creative, paid media, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience writing conversion-focused copy.
• Exceptional written and verbal English, with C2-level proficiency.
• A portfolio demonstrating real copywriting work; samples with measurable results are valuable.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, persuasion, and the beliefs prospects need before acting.
• Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, from small businesses to enterprises.
• Strong customer and market research habits, with ability to extract insights from reviews and conversations.
• Demonstrated interest in professional copywriting principles through books, courses, or practical experience.
• Ability to explain and defend creative or strategic ideas clearly and respond to pushback.
• Low-ego, collaborative approach with willingness to share ideas.
• Strong analytical mindset and using performance data to improve outcomes.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for writing and driving measurable commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Researchers ideal customer profiles, competitor positioning, and market messaging to write in audiences' language.
• Develop full-funnel strategies covering offers, landing pages, sales assets, emails, and touchpoints.
• Write persuasive copy for landing pages, emails, ads, case studies, and supporting materials.
• Help determine what should be built and how components move prospects through the funnel.
• Review campaign performance, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with paid media, creative, sales, and customer success to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Bring new campaign and positioning ideas and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Use insights to refine copy, offers, and funnel journeys.
• Present and defend recommendations while remaining open to feedback.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and cross-team collaboration.
