Collaborating with design, editing, and media buying teams, you will translate data into actionable creative pivots, mentor junior creatives, and stay ahead of evolving social formats to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and copywriting ability for short-form content.
• A strong portfolio showing strategic thinking, copywriting, and performance-focused work.
• Experience developing performance creative with a data-driven approach.
• Understanding of consumer behavior, paid social platforms, algorithms, and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and messaging across multiple paid social accounts from brief to execution.
• Conduct performance-focused research using platform data, competitor insights, and market trends.
• Develop high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer behavior and brand storytelling.
• Write and guide short-form copy, hooks, and creative directions to drive performance.
