You’ll bring 2+ years in copywriting or content design, strong UX writing fundamentals, and a collaborative mindset. This remote-first role offers health coverage, stipends, and equity opportunities within Canada.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of copywriting or content design experience in a product or tech environment.
• Experience writing for email, web, and in-product messaging.
• Proven ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Familiarity with UX writing principles and usability-focused writing.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with legal and compliance review processes.
• Passion for content innovation and fresh approaches.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine content across product touchpoints, including email, in-app messaging, and web.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, templates, and writing standards for scalability.
• Drive content strategies for campaigns from ideation through A/B testing.
• Contribute to the evolution of brand voice and tone for consumers and merchants.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate content based on feedback and tests.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance to meet regulatory standards.
• Work with Product Design to ensure messaging integrates into product experiences.
• Advocate for content-first decisions to enhance user engagement.
