Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Full-Cycle Psychiatric Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist based in Canada. You will manage claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-up, and collections for a U.S.-based mental health practice, primarily using eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a remote setup.

Responsibilities include reviewing claims, correcting denials, applying ICD-10/CPT codes, communicating with patients and payers, and generating billing reports.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of hands-on medical billing and full-cycle revenue cycle management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle psychiatric and behavioral health medical billing, including claims management, payment posting, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Investigate denied or underpaid claims and assist with corrections, resubmissions, and appeals.
• Communicate with patients and insurance representatives regarding claims, balances, and payment status.
• Prepare and review accounts receivable, claims, and billing performance reports.
