Jobgether in Canada is seeking a Claims Service Representative to join a growing insurance services team in a fully remote capacity. You will be the first contact for policyholders, gathering claim information, coordinating next steps, and ensuring service quality while working with adjusters, vendors, and internal teams.

The role is full-time with flexible shifts (7:00 to 00:00) and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Experience in insurance/service industry is a plus.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Strong computer and telephone skills; willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Remote work requires reliable internet with at least 50 Mbps.
• Rotating eight-hour shifts; 37.5 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial claims notifications from policyholders.
• Document claim information and maintain accurate records.
• Review call reports and forward to relevant teams.
• Coordinate claims response and determine need for adjuster.
• Arrange adjuster and vendor dispatch when needed.
• Provide internal support to branches and route inquiries.
• Ensure service agreement compliance and timely processing.
• Monitor service quality and document gaps.
• Report trends and suggest improvements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive experience.
• Maintain operational accuracy across interactions and records.
