Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to navigate various databases and the internet.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or credentialing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical intakes and match clients with providers.
• Identify client needs and select appropriate providers from database.
• Recruit mental health professionals to the network.
• Enter provider information into database/case management system.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Communicate provider details to clients.
• Proactively manage caseload.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
