Homewood Health Inc. is seeking an Organizational Wellness Specialist (Bilingual French) to join the Workplace Interventions team in Canada.

This temporary full-time role focuses on delivering tailored wellness services, mediations, coaching, and content development for educational workshops. The position requires strong English/French communication, client management, and project coordination skills, with responsibilities spanning consults, service delivery, and provider network coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Development, HR or Health and Wellness)
• 3-5 years of experience developing content for educational sessions/workshops
• Excellent command of English and French (verbal and written)
• 2-5 years providing solution-focused consultation to decision makers in Customer organizations
• Knowledge in Psychology/Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Mediation, Wellness, Organizational Development, HR, Sales/Account Health Mgmt

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with Customers for delivery of specialized services (mediation, coaching, gender diversity support)
• Manage a large portfolio of Customers and assist in service selection and parameters
• Conduct needs assessments and advise on solutions or options
• Project manage all aspects of service delivery from negotiation to case closure
• Follow up on Customer requests not yet active
• Recruit for Service Provider Network as required
• Coach and advise Service Providers on offerings
• Monitor customer satisfaction for all services
• Review and correct month-end service provider billing submissions
• Update content for presentations/training sessions to ensure relevance
• Deliver educational workshops or information sessions where feasible
• Develop systems/processes that ensure high-quality service
• Recommend new Organizational Wellness presentations or services
• Participate in team meetings and assist with coordination/record keeping
• Integrate sustainable practices into operations
