Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role with communication over phone and email (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST OR 10am-6pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Patient Support: Provide timely technical support to patients via email and phone.
• Product Vision: Use patient feedback to help shape the PocketHealth platform.
