A mental health recruitment firm is seeking a Bilingual Service and Implementation Coordinator to support a virtual program across Ontario. The role focuses on helping clinicians and partner agencies with service delivery while ensuring operational excellence. Candidates must be fluent in English and French, hold a degree in a mental health-related field, and have over 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
Minimum 3 years of experience in child and youth mental health or community mental health.
Training in evidence-based therapy and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities
Support clinicians on the platform, ensuring adherence to program policies.
Provide ongoing clinician support, including onboarding and training.
Coordinate relationships and communication with partner agencies.
Assist with program operations and documentation updates.
Track key program information and report issues as needed.
Skills
Fluently bilingual in English and French
