Job summary

Best Buy Canada is seeking a Program Coordinator to streamline client onboarding, manage custom client catalogs in the self-service ecommerce portal, and coordinate pricing requests for our Best Buy Business Marketplace. The role supports multiple internal teams and external partners from a remote-first hub with in-person collaboration at the Vancouver head office.

You’ll assist with budgeting, generate data-driven insights using Salesforce, and prepare detailed reports and process documentation

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in administration or a business-to-business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, commerce, business management, marketing, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Background in finance, business, or logistics is an asset but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding and validations for new users.
• Set up custom client catalogs in the self-service portal.
• Prioritize pricing/product requests and manage shared inboxes.
• Coordinate operations with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with budgeting for Best Buy Business Marketplace.
• Lead data-driven Salesforce leads to drive revenue.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and process documentation.
