The role supports credit professionals and account managers by structuring credit applications, analyzing financial statements, and recommending financing solutions that align with risk criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with several years of relevant experience
• Negotiation experience is required
• Experience in commercial credit and in analyzing financial statements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with partners and sound recommendations

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality credit analyses and make recommendations
• Structure credit applications and develop financing scenarios meeting client needs and risk criteria
• Collaborate with Commercial Account Manager to determine client financing needs
• Negotiate credit terms with Credit Risk Management as needed
• Present preliminary credit applications to Regional VP and Credit Risk Management
• Produce documents and update client files to ensure efficient processing
• Serve as a resource for the team in handling credit matters and developing colleagues' skills
• Identify sector-specific risks inherent to the activities
