Job summary

National Bank of Canada is seeking a Manager, Financing Solutions within the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 team to act as a trusted expert in credit analysis and real estate financing structuring.

You will perform credit analysis, prepare financing offers with Account Managers, negotiate terms, support implementations, and help mitigate credit risks while ensuring compliance with credit policies and delivering a quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years or Master’s with 3+ years in related field.
• Experience in real estate financing or commercial lending.
• Relevant experience in credit analysis.
• Strong client service and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of business banking products and services.
• Business development experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and tailor financing solutions.
• Prepare credit applications, offers, and letters with Account Managers.
• Negotiate financing terms with the Credit team.
• Support implementation and renewal of financing solutions.
• Identify and mitigate credit risks.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver high-quality client experience.
