Job summary

Plan A Technologies is seeking an exceptional relationship builder with a strong background in executive recruiting to lead and expand our Executive Referral Partner Program. The role focuses on recruiting top C-suite and VP-level executives into Plan A's referral network and guiding ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Several years of executive recruiting experience sourcing and engaging C-suite/VP-level executives.
• Exceptional sourcing and networking skills to reach hard-to-access leaders.
• Strong relationship-management skills with long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build Our Executive Referral Network by identifying and recruiting C-suite executives and senior tech leaders into Plan A's referral partner program.
• Drive partner engagement with personalized communication, events, and templates to keep executives active and engaged.
• Lead select executive recruiting assignments, developing candidate profiles and managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
